GDK+
WORKPLACE INTEGRITY HOTLINE
A TRUSTED PLACE TO SPEAK UP
GDK+ is committed to helping its clients build strong, respectful, and responsible workplaces. The GDK+ Workplace Integrity Hotline provides employees of participating GDK+ client organizations with a secure and confidential way to report workplace concerns.
If you are aware of conduct that may be unethical, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with your organization’s policies, you are encouraged to speak up. You may submit a report online or call the hotline at 888-XXX-XXX.
Reports may be submitted 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You may identify yourself or choose to remain anonymous.
YOUR VOICE MATTERS
Employees are often the first to recognize when something may not be right. By raising a concern, you give your organization an opportunity to understand the situation, address potential problems, and protect its employees and workplace.
You do not need to be certain that a violation has occurred before submitting a report. We ask only that you report your concern honestly, in good faith, and with as much specific information as possible.
WHAT TYPES OF CONCERNS CAN BE REPORTED
The hotline may be used to report workplace concerns involving matters such as:
- Harassment, discrimination, or retaliation
- Workplace violence, threats, or safety concerns
- Fraud, theft, or misuse of company property or resources
- Conflicts of interest
- Accounting, financial, or recordkeeping concerns
- Suspected violations of laws, regulations, or workplace policies
- Unethical, dishonest, or inappropriate workplace conduct
- Other conduct that you believe your organization should review
The hotline is intended for workplace-related concerns involving a participating GDK+ client organization. It should not be used for questions about insurance coverage, employee benefits, claims, or other services provided by GDK+.
WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD I PROVIDE?
When submitting a report, you will be asked to identify the organization where you work or where the reported conduct occurred. This information is necessary so that your report can be directed to the appropriate organization.
Please provide as much detail as you can, including:
- The name of the organization involved
- A description of what happened
- The names of the individuals involved
- When and where the conduct occurred
- Whether the conduct is ongoing
- The names of any witnesses
- Any documents or other information that may support your concern
The more specific information you provide, the better your organization will be able to understand and appropriately review the matter.
CAN I REMAIN ANONYMOUS?
Yes. You may submit a report without providing your name or other identifying information.
If you choose to remain anonymous, please provide as much detail as possible. After submitting your report, retain the report number and password provided to you. You can use this information to return to the hotline, provide additional information, review follow-up questions, and communicate without revealing your identity.
Whether or not you identify yourself, information provided through the hotline will be handled carefully and shared only with those responsible for receiving and addressing the concern.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT A REPORT?
The GDK+ Workplace Integrity Hotline is professionally and independently managed on behalf of GDK+ and its participating client organizations.
After you submit a report, it will be securely directed to the appropriate representatives of your organization. That organization is responsible for reviewing the reported concern and determining the appropriate response.
Submitting a report does not mean that the allegations have been verified or that misconduct has occurred. All reports should be evaluated fairly and based on the available information.
Please retain your report number and password and return to the hotline periodically. Additional information may be requested to help the organization better understand or evaluate your concern.
PROTECTION FROM RETALIATION
Participating organizations are expected to prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises a concern honestly and in good faith or who participates in the review of a reported matter.
Reports should be truthful and made in good faith. The hotline should not be used to knowingly submit false, malicious, or misleading information.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING EMERGENCIES
This hotline is not an emergency service.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or contact the appropriate local emergency service. Do not use this hotline to request emergency medical, police, fire, or other immediate assistance.
